Shipping and Returns Policy
We currently only have limited shipping outside of the United States. Any purchase is eligible for free in-store pickup.
We generally use USPS flat rate for most shipments, but may use FedEx or UPS at our discretion. Large orders may be shipped by trucking companies, and we will communicate all necessary information to you for safe receiving and unloading these shipments.
Insurance is included on purchases up to $50. Anything over that is the buyer's responsibility.
Please allow 24-48 hours for in-store pickup orders to be prepared.
Satisfaction Guaranteed - We guarantee you will be satisfied with your purchase. For products that are eligible for refund (identified under warranty information), if you are not satisfied for any reason we will refund the purchase price (less the cost of shipping, and a 10% restocking fee on items requiring truck delivery) upon safe return of the product in original condition within 30 days.
Exchange of Merchandise - Merchandise not eligible for a refund may be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase as long as the merchandise is returned in the same condition that was shipped. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
If necessary, we can take extra pictures of the products you are interested in to try and avoid the need of costly shipping on returns of merchandise.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Damaged goods must be reported to us and the shipping company within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise to file an insurance claim for eligible shipments. Boxes and packing material must be saved to demonstrate the quality of our packing.
